The 3rd meeting of the Project Steering Committee (PSC) of the University of Chitral was held on Friday, November 22, 2024, at the Vice Chancellor's office.
The meeting was chaired by Prof. Dr. Muhammad Shahab, Vice Chancellor of the University of Chitral, and attended by esteemed participants, including:
- Dr. Sana Ullah( Convener)
- Dr. Sahib Khan, Additional Registrar
- Dr. Syed Fahad Jan, Additional Director Finance
- Mr. Najiullah, Assistant Registrar
- Mr. Shah Fahad
- Engr. Attaullah
- Mr. Sultan Hussain
During the meeting, various agenda items were discussed, including:
1. Award/Revision of Administrative Block Package 1
2. Observations raised by some PSC members on the construction materials
3. Biometric attendance of the consultants
4. Procurement of vehicle for the University as per BOQ of package 1
5. Overall progress of the project
The committee deliberated on these agenda items and provided valuable feedback to ensure the successful completion of the project.
