The Honourable
Vice Chancellor held meetings with the Heads of Academic Departments, Finance
Department, Registrar office, ORIC and QEC of the university. The round presentations
by Heads of Departments (HoDs) spotlighted current initiatives and progress in
teaching, research, community engagement, infrastructure, key achievements over
the past years, challenges faced and the strategies they have been implementing.
They also presented their upcoming priorities, staffing, funding, equipment, or
policy support they needed. The vice chancellor emphasized starting new and
marketable programmes, completing of existing PSDP project, improving the
research productivity of the university, organizing seminar, workshops and
conferences. The Vice Chancellor appreciated the efforts of HoDs and once again
stressed on community engagement and linkages with national and international
organizations and universities in the best interest of the university of
Chitral.
