The Department of English Language & Literature, University of Chitral, is pleased to announce the availability of scholarships under the Department of English Students Support Fund (DESSF) for the academic year 2024. This initiative is designed to support talented students from financially challenged backgrounds, helping them to pursue a high-quality education.
Eligibility Criteria:
Must be a student enrolled in the Department of English, University of Chitral.
The fund may also be utilized for other student support within the university.
Must be a resident of Chitral (Upper/Lower).
Demonstrates financial need.
Must have a minimum CGPA of 2.5 in the semester or 70% marks in FA/FSc.
Financial Benefits: The DESSF will cover the following expenses:

Forms Availability: The scholarship application form can be obtained from the Secretary of the DESSF/GR & CR.
Submission Deadline: Students must submit their completed forms to the Department of English no later than 19th August 2024.
